PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Must be 21 years old to rent, no more than 4 persons in the unit.
  • 1 week minimum during Peak season unless short notice of 30 days or less or fill in dates.
  • Arrival/Departure instructions & parking permit will be sent when your final payment clears.
  • 25% due at time of reservation or within 7 days, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Refunds given for cancellations greater than 30 days less 10% of rental fee.
  • No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless unit can be re-rented less 10% of rental fee.
  • Hawaii Transient Occupancy Tax and GE tax of 13.42% added to all rentals.
  • This is a nonsmoking building, smokers must go to the parking lot.
  • Free parking for one vehicle, additional vehicles must park off site.
  • $120 cleaning fee payable upon departure by cash or check.
  • Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am.
  • There is no daily housekeeping services.
  • PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN US DOLLARS.
