| CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund prior to 10 days before class. 25% cancellation fee for classes cancelled within 10 days of class. There are no refunds for classes cancelled within 48 hours or for failure to show for class but accommodation may be made at a future class. |
| LATE REGISTRATION: EFM will incur a $15 late registration fee. Late registration is within 10 days of class. This charge is to ensure your class workbooks are delivered in time. As they will have to be shipped Express Mail LATE REGISTRATION: STABLE will incur a $15 late fee. Late registration is within 10 days of class. |
| READ ME BEFORE REGISTERING: 1) When you register, send a text or email so I can look for it. Not all registrations are coming through. You should receive a confirmation page, if you did not then it did not go through. 2) If you are paying by PayPal, you MUST click "TO FAMILY OR FRIEND" . 3) When paying, please note your name and class date on check, VENMO or PayPal so I know where it goes. Many times Emails do not match last names and we have multiple students with the same last name. 4) Seats are held for 7 days only without payment or you will be dropped. 5) Send a separate registration for each class you are registering for. 6) When registration form is completed, hit submit at the bottom of the form. 7) For RENEWAL CLASSES ONLY, IF YOU DID NOT TAKE YOUR CLASS FROM ME, PLEASE TEXT ME A PICTURE OF YOUR STABLE CARD. (707) 322-0945. 8) For STABLE ZOOM, please complete the ATTESTATION FORM and email to me when you register. 9) It is your responsibility to purchase textbooks timely, there are no refunds if your book does not arrive on time. We might be able to reschedule you but this is not guaranteed. |
